Under property management, Shams Al Waha Real Estate helps investors / landlords to lease the premises to appropriate clients. Undertakes the responsibility of making the lease agreement(s) as per RERA requirements and guidelines, get EJARI registration for tenants. The cheques are collected in the name of the landlord and if need be deposited in designated account provided by the landlord. Properly maintain the post dated cheques collected from the tenants and ensure the same is deposited in the designated bank account provided by the landlord as per the date of the cheque. Under this arrangement, Shams Al Waha Real Estate shall take the responsibility of negotiating with OEMs or Third parties for annual maintenance contracts for Lifts, air conditioning, civil defence, cleaning & garbage collection and pest control. The contracts are negotiated and drawn in favour of the landlord and forwarded to his / her / their office to make payments directly to the vendors / suppliers.
